At CDcare, every purchase is tied to a clear payment schedule. To keep your plan active and avoid additional charges, it’s important to stay up to date with your payments. What is a default?

A default occurs when you miss your scheduled payment and do not complete it within the grace period provided. What happens after the grace period?

Before the grace period expires, you are expected to do one of the following immediately:

  • Make your due payment, or

  • Return the item to CDcare

After this point, your temporary receipt expires, and the item should no longer remain in your possession without payment. Failure-to-Return Fee (Important)

If you are unable to make your payment, the item must be returned within the grace period.

If the item is not returned before the grace period ends, a Failure-to-Return Fee will apply.

This fee:

  • Starts immediately after the grace period

  • Applies on every payment cycle (weekly or monthly)

  • Continues until:

    • the item is returned, or

    • full payment is completed

Why this fee exists

Items on CDcare remain the property of CDcare until full payment is completed.

Keeping an item without payment or returning it after the grace period leads to ongoing charges and may result in recovery actions. How to avoid charges

To avoid any additional charges:

  • Pay your installment on time, or

  • Return the item within the grace period

Returning early ensures you do not incur any Failure-to-Return Fees. Simple rule

If you can’t pay: 👉 Return the item within the grace period
