CDcare delivers nationwide across Nigeria through trusted logistics partners. Every order is processed and shipped with care to ensure that your product reaches you in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe.
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria, including FCT-Abuja. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product category.

Lagos deliveries: typically within 3 – 7 working days

Other major cities: within 5 – 15 working days

Remote or hard-to-reach areas: may take up to 20 working days
3. Delivery Confirmation
Before dispatch, customers receive a confirmation message or call from our logistics team. Drivers are required to deliver directly to the verified customer at the registered address. Items will not be handed to third parties.
4. Inspection on Delivery (Very Important)
Please inspect your item in the presence of the delivery personnel before you accept delivery:

Plug in or power on electronics (where applicable) to confirm functionality.

Examine the item for any physical damage (e.g., dents, cracks, broken screens, missing parts).

If you notice any issue, report it immediately via Live Chat before signing off.

CDcare will not be responsible for physical damage reported after delivery has been accepted.

5. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on your delivery location and product category. The fee will always be displayed before you complete your order.
6. Missed Delivery or Address Change
If you miss your scheduled delivery, our support team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions
