Understanding CDcare's Return Process: What Happens When You Can No Longer Afford an Item.

The CDcare shopping experience is all about simplicity and convenience. Our aim is to ensure a stress-free process, allowing you to embrace a lifestyle of ease. We've carefully crafted flexible installment plans that empower individuals across Africa to make purchases from CDcare without the burden of added costs, paying what they can comfortably afford on a weekly or monthly basis.

At CDcare, we prioritise your financial well-being, ensuring you remain responsible and free from debt. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, making it challenging to continue paying for an item. In such cases, CDcare encourages you to proactively return the product you can no longer afford, and we will initiate a refund process for you.

For instance, let's consider the scenario where you've ordered a phone worth 100,000 Naira. You've made an initial payment of 50,000 Naira, leaving a balance of 50,000 Naira for the item.

If circumstances change and you're unable to continue payments, CDcare offers you the option to return the item to our office located at 12, Adenekan Street, Fadeyi Lagos, or to any of our retrieval officers.

CDcare grants a 30-day grace period for you to clear the remaining payment. Once the total amount owed is settled, we will return the item to you.

After the 30-day period, if the payment remains outstanding, CDcare will assist you in finding a buyer for the returned item. The payment owed will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

In most cases, gently used items can be resold for around 70% to 80% of their value. For example, if a buyer offers 80,000 Naira for the returned phone initially priced at 100,000 Naira, CDcare will deduct the owed 50,000 Naira and refund you the remaining 30,000 Naira.

In situations where retrieval officers are involved in the item's return, any costs incurred during the process will need to be covered by you before the balance of the resale amount is refunded.

We are committed to transparency and ensuring your financial stability throughout your CDcare journey. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return process, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team by emailing support@cdcare.ng.

Your satisfaction and financial success remains our top priority, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.
